ITEM DESCRIPTION

1 of a number of antique and vintage dip ink pen nib boxes and contents I am making my way through. Most boxes have at least some of the original nibs still inside. Please check out the others listed.

This is an antique box branded D. Leonardt & Co., Birmingham Ball-Pointed Pens No. 516 E.F.
There are still quite a few of the original pen nibs inside the box as shown in the photos.

Box lid is damaged.

Condition Report: Normal signs of age and use wear, especially on the edges and corners.

The box measures approx. 70mm (2 and 3/4 inches) x 52mm x 30mm.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal sized Coke can (330ml).


If you see A/F = a/f in the title or description it means "as found" condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage. In relation to all my listings it does not mean " about fine ". I have used A/F  for " as found " for 50 years.
