 - Returns Are Accepted Within 30 Days After The Delivery Date.

- If you receive damaged parts on the guitar, we will reissue new parts for you free of charge.

- If you have not received the goods or the goods you have received but not match the description, please contact us to help you solve or refund.

 - Returned Item Must Be In Its Original Condition Including Box Packaging & All Accessories (protective plastics intact, tags and documents , boxes and accessories unused and undamaged).Please check the "Signature Service" option in the return request. If you do not check it, the warehouse will refuse to accept the package

ABOUT SHIPPING:

-Local transportation from the United States will be shipped to you quickly by Fedex or UPS.

-For products shipped from China, we will set a longer processing time to facilitate customized items.

-Tracking number provided with every order.
