Ballerina Maxie doll, released by Hasbro in 1989. Part of the "Maxie's World" line, she was designed as a direct competitor to Mattel's Barbie, featuring a more "All-American" teenage look with lighter makeup and flat feet. 


Maxie Ballerina has long blonde hair, blue eyes, and wears a sparkling tulle tutu with "feather" embellishment. 

Her tiara and "pearl" earrings complete her look. 

She has pink ballet slippers and her legs are fully poseable!   The set also includes a ballet slipper charm that can be added to a charm bracelet (bracelet not included - just charm). Highly collectible and not all Maxie doll packaging includes a charm. 

Box has never been opened and is in excellent condition. The graphics are bright and appealing, and there are no obvious problems.  Only one corner shows more than extremely minimal wear (please see pictures).  This doll was released by Hasbro in 1989 and is number 8273.

She is new in the opened box top flap was opened there is shelf/storage wear some scuffs/rubs to the corners and bottom cardboard too. See the photos
