Conan the Barbarian #61! Belit! Red Sonja!
John Buscema! Roy Thomas! (April 1976)

Up for auction is Conan the Barbarian #61! It is the original first printing of this Bronze-Age comic book published by Marvel Comics in April 1976! This issue features “On the Track of the She-Pirate!” by Roy Thomas with great artwork by John Buscema! It has a classic Conan and Belit cover “This is the Night Of the Killer Moth!” by Gil Kane and John Buscema! The story features Conan, Belit, Amra, and Red Sonja in flashback. As shown in the photos, the comic book is in nice shape for its age, probably in good to very good or better condition with some cover wear and light soiling, including some dimpling and creasing. The comic book is complete and remains stapled from its cover to centerfold. It has clean pages with some light corner creasing and no writing, rips, or tears except possibly a few tiny bindery tears. This vintage “Conan the Barbarian” comic book would make a great addition to your collection!

Take a look at the photos to best judge condition. Please pay within 3 days of auction end, and I'll ship the comic book ASAP, usually within 2 days of payment received. Feel free to email with any questions you have about the comic book, pictures or shipping before bidding.

If you are not fully pleased, let me know if there is anything I can do to improve the transaction before leaving any feedback. Almost all items are vintage: they were purchased at estate sales/auctions, yard/garage sales or flea markets, and are sold “as found”; the history of previous ownership and storage conditions of the items is unknown, and I have no idea if a previous owner smoked or had pets. I do not accept returned items simply because you’ve changed your mind. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Attention International Customers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” since US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
