📦 Item Condition & Packaging

Packaging may show signs of wear, shelf dust, stickers, or minor cosmetic damage.

Any significant damage or defects will be clearly disclosed and shown in the listing photos.

Items may include SKU, inventory, or barcode labels applied for fulfillment purposes.

Clothing items must be unworn with original tags attached to be eligible for return.

Shipping (Domestic)

Orders ship next business day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.

Shipping carriers include USPS or UPS, selected based on the most efficient option.

Tracking information may take time to update; please allow up to 14 days before contacting us regarding delayed or missing packages.

We are unable to hold shipments or delay dispatch once an order is placed.

Returns (Domestic Only)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in original condition and packaging.

For buyer-initiated returns (including but not limited to Doesn't Fit, Changed Mind, No Longer Needed, Didn't Like, Found Better Price, Ordered by Mistake, or Arrived Late), original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with eBay policy.

Items returned in a condition different from how they were sent may be subject to partial or no refund.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the return.

Hygiene-Sensitive & Final Sale Items

Due to health and safety concerns, returns are not accepted on the following items unless they arrive damaged or not as described:

Swimwear (must be unworn, with hygiene liner and original tags attached)

Undergarments and lingerie

Adult toys and personal care items

Opened hygiene products (e.g., razors, toothbrushes)

Cosmetics and self-care items (including but not limited to foundation, lipstick, masks, serums)

Items that are used, opened, or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

 International Orders

International shipments are fulfilled through eBay?s Global Shipping Program.

Returns on international orders are accepted; however, original shipping costs will be deducted.

Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and additional shipping charges.

Payments

Buy It Now listings require immediate payment.

Auction purchases must be paid within 48 hours.

Unpaid items may result in order cancellation and an unpaid item claim filed with eBay.

Additional Important Information

For manufacturer defects, buyers may be required to contact the manufacturer directly.

Vintage, pre-owned, or open-box items are not guaranteed to be fully functional unless explicitly stated as tested in the listing.

We do not offer combined shipping or shipping refunds.
