25 Waverley Novels, Walter Scott, edited by P H Waddell, matching boards, 1876+

Hardback set of 25 books, some with more than one story in the volume, dates range from 1876 to 1883, all matching bindings. Most of them are in good order with minor rub wear to edges, tanning to the spine, light age tanning to the pages and a few neat margin notes. Ivanhoe and Quentin Durward have tears along the fabric over the spine, the Fair Maid has a hole in the fabric over the spine and a couple of others have small tears to the spine fabric but nothing serious, please see my last image as it is of these five, damaged  bindings. Otherwise it is a nice set, front and back boards are still bright. Please see all of my images.
