This is a handy device to aid in sewing pleats.. The tool does not appear to have been ever removed from the packaging.. Graphics are Excellent, Vibrant Crisp Condition.. No Stains.. Clean.. there is a small tear to packaging ( shown in photos ) dimensions of card are 4 1/2” X 7”. Dated 1961
