Professionally framed panel taken from one of the rolls of wallpaper Damien Hirst produced and used in the 2004 YBA joint show In a Gadda da Vidda at Tate Britain in 2004. 

This panel comes from one of the leftover rolls that were then sold in Hirst's shop in London, Other Criteria. The wallpaper rolls were an edition of 500.
