Payment

We accept eBay Payment only. The following payment methods, which are offered at eBay checkout, are allowed:

Import duties, taxes, or charges are not included in the cost you pay to us. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please confirm with your customs prior to buying.

Delivery details

Items will be shipped in 1 to 2 businesses day of receiving cleared payment.
We only ship to your paypal address, please be sure that your paypal address must match your shipping address.
We ship item out through Royal Mail,It takes about 2-4 working days for shipping, If you have not received your shipment within 10 days from payment, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
Your item will ususally arrive within the estimated shipping time, however, pls note that there are certain circumstances that we unfortunately cannot control (i.e. weather condition, delay by postal office, local customs, etc)

Terms of return policy

We offer 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. Please contact us from ebay message to get the return shipping address.
The goods must be returned in resalable condition(unmarked and undamaged and in its original box and original condition if possible )along with all its accessories and packaging. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange, no exception! Please contact us to get the correct return address and RMA number before any returns!
Any damages during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours on receipt.
Each phone case is produced individually per your request. We are not able to resell such stock therefore we do not accept returns if you choose wrong model of the case or or color,or wrong shipping address provided. Before to order, please check exactly what is your phone model. Please inspect preview carefully if you were sent one.
We will charge 20% restocking fee if the buyers want to return the packages when it is not our sellers fault.
