Payment
All items must be paid for immediately. We accept only Ebay payments.
Shipping
We offer timely shipping on all products. Your order will be shipped within one business day of payment unless otherwise stated in the listing. You should expect to receive your unit between one and six business days later depending on the distance and method of shipping. Please understand that sometimes our carriers (UPS, Fedex and USPS) take a little longer than expected to deliver packages. Please contact us if there is a delay and we will contact the carrier.
Terms
Returns
Ebay allows returns up to 30 days after purchase. Any product you return must be in pristine condition (the same condition as you received it). Everything must be returned. For example for fishfinders the head unit, the transducer, the mounting bracket, the mounting hardware, power cord, the retail box and all documentation. We do not recommend returning units that have previously been installed on your boat as they almost always come back missing pieces. We record serial numbers for all items and the serial number of the unit returned must match the one we shipped out. Starlink Mini Kits, Starlink Standard Kits and other Starlink Systems must be returned unopened.
