Steve-O Yeah Dude Skateboards - Signed Deck "Mugshot" - 1st Release with wheels and trucks.

This was purchased directly from Steve O's website. I am pretty sure it came with the wheels and trucks attached when it was originally purchased. It has never been ridden and been sitting in my office since. 

The board has couple scratches places where it looks like someone did it while installing the wheels, possibly hitting it with a wrench at the factory. The tops of the nuts look a bit marred.
