Three-phase electrical supply required
EV22 EVO is not designed for a standard single-phase connection. Three-phase supply is not available at every UK property. Before ordering, ask a qualified electrician to confirm your supply type, available capacity, installation requirements and proposed charger location.
Your vehicle must also support the required AC charging rate. Charger output does not override the vehicle’s onboard charging limit.

IP65-rated enclosure for suitable locations
The enclosure is rated IP65 for protection against dust and water ingress. It must still be installed correctly in a suitable location by a qualified electrician and used in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Final circuit design, protective devices, earthing arrangements and regulatory compliance must be assessed by the installer for the specific property.
For compatible Type 2 EVs and plug-in hybrids
The fixed Type 2 connector is compatible with many UK and European electric vehicles. Always check the vehicle inlet and maximum AC charging rate before ordering. A vehicle with a lower onboard charging limit will charge at that lower rate.

Will every Type 2 vehicle charge at 22kW?
No. The vehicle must support 22kW three-phase AC charging. If its onboard charger accepts a lower rate, charging will occur at that lower rate.
