Additional interior updates include new door panels, door molding, new carpet, new door weatherstrip seals, dash cover, console trim retainers, shift boot, and several new internal switches including the power mirror, turn signal, wiper, and interior light switches. The truck is also equipped with a new radio with Bluetooth connectivity, upgraded speaker system, and a backup camera for added convenience. The chassis and suspension have also received significant attention during the restoration. New components include tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints on both sides, rear wheel bearings, pitman arm, wheel seals, and a rebuilt steering gear box. The braking system has been refreshed with new front brake pads, calipers, and a new master cylinder. Rancho upgraded shocks and a fresh front end alignment help the truck drive smoothly and confidently. The frame has been completely recoated and the bed has received a fresh bed coating to protect it for years to come. This Silverado was also professionally appraised by Classic Auto Appraisals in August of 2023 at $36,000, reflecting the quality of the restoration and upgrades.
