This Vintage Soda Syphon Glass with Silver Wire Mesh Cover Bar Display  has been used but not recently. It is untested but there is no reason why is shouldn't work as all the parts are in situ. It is covered in a wire mesh with a glass container underneath.  It is approximately 14" tall and Capacity is roughly half a gallon. It is good condition but as mentioned it hasn't been used for a while, so may need a bit of TLC before use.
