Returns And Exchanges

• If the item returned is worn, damaged, or not in its new/original packaging, we will not grant the exchange/refund request.
• Please do not ship the shoes in the manufacturer's shoe box. Please place the shoes in the shoe box and ship them in a 2nd shipping box. RETURNS SHIPPED IN THE SHOE BOX ALONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• You may ship returns using the carrier of your choice, but please email us the tracking number after you ship. This will ensure your return is tracked and promptly handled.
