This hydraulic control cylinder was used on one version of the 21C004 7" x 12" Horizontal Bandsaws. It is the version where the cylinder is more at a 45 degree angle instead of vertical and the piston rod uses an eyebolt, instead of a through bolt. See example picture of a saw.
