let's call this work by Romero Britto even though the artist titled it "FLIP FLOP". But we can't call it that!

But in Germany, of all places, a resourceful businessman has had this term protected and Ebay already points out when it is listed. corresponding copyright infringements!
So you deal with the definition of this protected term, look at approvals and rejections from patent office documents and read a wide variety of comments on this topic
(possibly Write it together or only in uppercase or, better yet, lowercase,
with or without a hyphen, etc. etc. ...).
After several hours of work, you finally give up - think about the issue of "ACTA/TTIP" (not yet decided, but already clearly visible as a precursor here and in other problems!)
... and now just call it “romero britto flip flops”
(well, hopefully Romero won't sue us now!!! ... or maybe the term flip flops is already protected??? ... or ....)
