Shipping:
All ties are shipped in small boxes. No throwing a good tie into a flimsy paper or plastic envelope.
Shipping time is listed as 5 (five) business days only to keep eBay from dinging me on ship time.
I usually ship in one to two business days but sometimes it may take a day or two longer.
I do combine shipping. Use eBay cart and request total.
Issues and Returns:
All ties are inspected with a magnifying glass. If I am listing a tie, it is either without defects -OR- defects are noted and shown in one or more of the pictures
Unless there is gross misrepresentation of the item, I do not accept returns. As noted each tie is inspected very carefully.
That said, if I send the wrong item or I somehow miss a large red wine stain or some other very unlikely event, I will work with you to get things corrected to your satisfaction.
