This is a nice Abu-Smoker. It is great to take on fishing trips to quickly prepare fish for a meal. I find that smoked salmon and trout is great with this cooker. One cup of denatured alcohol in the stainless burner container is all that is needed to cook a few nice trout or two salmon fillets. It takes about 20 minutes to hot smoke the fish. Make sure to spread saw dust from Hickory, pecan or mesquite over the pan beneath the rack which then slowly smolders giving off the fragrant smoke. I like the smoked fish hot but most people prefer to chill it in the fridge and eat it with crackers. Anyway it is a neat small quick smoker from Scandinavia.
