#120 Apr 1979 is a VF+ to NM copy of X-men where they confront Alpha Flight? Aren't they both the good guys?? I am NOT a comic grader, but I HAVE sent conics in similar condition to CGC and gotten higher than 9 conditions. Easily a $200 comic.
