This is a 1953 1954 Buick horn button or steering wheel center.  I believe this is NOS.  It came with several other NOS items.  The chrome is bright and shiny.  The emblem is crisp and clear.  On the bottom right side there are a couple of little factory barely noticeable blemishes.  See photos closely.
