Vintage lace pie cover designed to tie underneath a pie plate to keep pies protected while cooling. Features a decorative lace top with fabric backing and six ties to secure around the plate.

These were commonly used in farmhouse kitchens before plastic wrap to keep flies and dust off baked goods while allowing air circulation.

Condition: good vintage condition with light age discoloration. Ties intact. 13” diameter.
