VTG MCM Norcrest Bluebird Salt & Pepper Shakers Japan Ceramic Set


For your purchasing consideration are these vintage Norcrest "Bluebird" Salt & Pepper Shakers set from Japan features a charming mid-century design that captures the essence of the 1950s. Made of ceramic, the small blue bird shakers are a novelty item that adds a touch of whimsy to any kitchen table. The set includes two pieces, a saltshaker and pepper shaker, both featuring the iconic blue bird pattern. Both birds have small chips on them, please see the pictures but other than the chips, there's no crazing or scratches. Each bird measures approximately 3" tall by 2" wide. the pepper shaker has the blue "Made in Japan" sticker.


We are going through boxes from my parents.  These Bluebirds have been packed away for 30 years.  We are downsizing to a smaller home, and our kids are not interested. These lovely Bluebirds are looking for a new home, and I hope it’s with you!
