I am selling my big collection of car badges and emblems I collected as a boy, from around
1974 to 1977.
I would source these badges from car breakers yards and have kept them all this time. The scrapped cars would date from the
1960s onwards.
Postage is quoted for the UK only; elsewhere please ask.
I may end up selling them all as a buyer collects / job lot but thought I would see if there's any interest in them, if I listed them all individually.
I will sell them uncleaned as I wouldn't want to damage them, but any dirt should be easily removed.
They are from a smoke and dust free home.
They will be posted in jiffy bags or similiar.
Any questions - please ask.
This item is a chrome bonnet badge from a Morris Minor, probably a 1960s model.
It is intact, with minimal spotting and scratches; the attachment mounts are in place, but one of the threaded screw parts is missing from the back.
There is what looks a tiny bit of white paint on one part of the outside, but these should be easy to remove with a bit of turpentine.
It measures 11.5cm across.
