The triple layer construction of ALLEYN ADHESIVE Dressings facilitates dynamic fluid management to provide a moist wound healing environment, which promotes healing and may help minimise the risk of maceration. The top film aids in the prevention of fluid and bacterial strikethrough. The dressing can be left in place without the need for secondary fixation and is both easy to apply and remove.
