This GPU has functionality issues. Two of it fans still spin and one does not. It does receive power and gives an image. On boot up the screen glitches to static and sometimes different colors. It also produces a slight static noise when being stress tested but it stayed stable with high FPS. This device was tested and removed from the system by a skilled technician.
