Usage Instructions

1. Safety  

- Work in a low-dust environment; avoid inhaling powder.  

2. Material Prep  

- Ensure the alginate powder is sealed and dry; shake well before use.  

3. Mixing Guide  

- Ratio: 10g powder + 23mL water (23±2°C warm water).  

- Method: Add water first, then powder. Mix rapidly in a figure-8 motion for 30–45 seconds to reduce air bubbles.  

4. Impression Taking  

- Load the mixed alginate into the tray immediately and insert it into the patient’s mouth within 1 minutes (before setting starts).  

5. Setting & Removal  

- Let the material set fully. Gently remove the tray from the mouth.  

6. Post-Use  

- Check the impression for clarity. Pour plaster/gypsum into it promptly to make the model.  

Notes:
