Usage Instructions
1. Safety
- Work in a low-dust environment; avoid inhaling powder.
2. Material Prep
- Ensure the alginate powder is sealed and dry; shake well before use.
3. Mixing Guide
- Ratio: 10g powder + 23mL water (23±2°C warm water).
- Method: Add water first, then powder. Mix rapidly in a figure-8 motion for 30–45 seconds to reduce air bubbles.
4. Impression Taking
- Load the mixed alginate into the tray immediately and insert it into the patient’s mouth within 1 minutes (before setting starts).
5. Setting & Removal
- Let the material set fully. Gently remove the tray from the mouth.
6. Post-Use

Warm Tips
1、Timing Conditions:
Optimal settings: 23±2°C room temperature, 50±10% humidity, 23°C distilled water.
Higher/lower temperatures or water hardness may alter curing time.
2、Model Casting:
Pour plaster immediately after removal for highest accuracy.
For short-term storage (≤72h), keep the impression in a damp environment.
3、Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place (<35°C).
Reseal the package tightly after use to prevent moisture.
