As this item is brand new and factory sealed, the internal condition of the ear pads cannot be inspected before sale.

Please understand that if the original ear pads are found to be aged or cracked after opening, this cannot be accepted as a reason for return or refund.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, regardless of whether the parcel is lost, damaged, or intact. The refund amount will be based solely on the item's condition upon receipt by the seller.
