This suit is so cute! It may be vintage - it was mine, but I never wore it & I can't recall when it was purchased. (The hygiene strip is still in place, as shown in the last photo.) The strap on the top can be completely removed to make it "bandeau style."

The top has elastic top and bottom to allow it to stretch. The bottom had elastic around the top and the leg holes.
