PAYMENTS : Buy it now payment is required at time of purchase. Winning auctions, you are expected to completed payment withing a reasonable amount of time. At Lighthouse Sports Cards we give 4 days for payment. All payments must be made through eBay’s Payment System. No other form of payments are accepted on any purchases. No payments outside of eBay will be accepted at any time. If no payment is made at final purchase, or 4 days have passed without payment, items will be relisted any username may be block from making future purchases.
Handling Time : Handling time will be completed within 2-3 business days M-F.
Shipping (Within the USA): Shipping for any items under $20 will be shipped in an eBay envelope for sports cards while other products will utilize a poly bag, as always product will be protected to the best of our ability. Sports/TCG products over $20 will be shipped in a bigger package in order to protect the product. Delivery time will vary based on shipping options as well as handling time.
Cancellations : SOHA Sports Kardz reserve the right to cancel any transaction from eBay members with negative feedback that could be deemed as risky to the business/transaction. Requests from cancellations will not be honored as items are shipped fairly quickly once eBay payment has been processed.
Returned/Undelivered Packages: Any shipments that are returned to sender because of wrong address a refund will be issued minus any shipping costs. Full refunds will not be given on any orders where buyers address is incorrect with eBay and the Post Office cannot complete delivery. Before making purchases please verify you address is correct, especially if you have recently moved. Once a purchase is completed address is not able to be changed, it must be shipped to the address on file with eBay.
Returns : Returns on Trading Cards will not be allowed. If there any issues with shipping or damaged cards please submit a return through eBay's automatic return system. We, the seller, do not pay for any return shipping fees. Return shipping fees must be paid by the buyer. If we receive an item back from you, the buyer, in a condition other than how it was originally sent, you will receive either a reduced return or will not receive a return and eBay will be then notified that you have not returned the proper item. Trading Cards can be considered an investment and with markets moving up or down on a daily/monthly basis.
Suspected Fraud Attempts : Any attempts of fraudulent purchases will be handled by all eBay and local law enforcement that are affected by the sale. Unauthorized transactions by utilizing fraudulent credit cards or other forms of payment will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Any attempts to deceive or to defraud the seller will be strictly enforced by eBay.
Sports/Trading Cards : We express no guarantee on any specific card condition that are deemed as RAW/Ungraded. We strive to show any imperfection within the pictures and list and defects that we can see. We are not perfect and can miss slight defects such as centering, edge wear or corner issues. Chrome styles cards may have defects on front and back as they are prone to defects . Any ungraded cards are strictly that, ungraded, we are not graders and will never try to guess a grade of a card and please do your part when looking at a card before determining what a grade would be. As a seller we try and list cards in their current condition and with no intention try to deceive anyone buy hiding anything. Any questions or additional pictures can be requested simply through a message.
Seller Guarantee : You will receive the item listed in the pictures of the listing. You will receive them in the condition that is listed. If items are damaged in transit please send a message in order to fix the situation. We may request addition pictures submitted to us or eBay. Please Bid/Buy with confidence. Cards sold in lots may come in a case or team bag, not all cards will be individually sleeved and top loaded in lots. Raw cards are sold as is.
