This is in used working condition. The person I bought it from said it was not used and I did have to install the little lever that will make it lock, but as you can see the metal on the lock area has the paint flaking off and has a lot of rust going on. I believe the metal should be all right yet and if you clean it up would probably be decent, but I would suggest replacing the screws before they are too far gone.
