Please be aware that ebay managed payments is an online payment system, so any returns of an item to our facility can take up to 14 days to process for a refund. All items sold are UK stock and we aim to dispatch our orders within 24 hours of cleared funds (orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday). Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays are dispatched next working day. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your parcel is on its way with a tracking number.

We work with various couriers depending on the size of your order. We aim to deliver your item within 2-4 working days (UK mainland) from the dispatch time. This may vary depending on the carrier and service used. For Northern Ireland, Channel Island, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man delivery may be longer 3-5 working days. 

There are also some weight restrictions for items shipped to Channel Island therefore we reserve the right to cancel your order if the item purchased is above the the weight limit. 

Surcharges will apply for N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Aberdeenshire, Belfast, Co-Antrim, Co-Down, Guernsey, Jersey and any other offshore UK Island. Please contact us if you have any queries on surcharges before purchasing the item as your item will not be shipped if a surcharge occurs. 

We automatically dispatch all orders to the registered address, therefore if your address is incomplete or wrong, your delivery may be delayed or returned back to us. 

We also participate in the eBay Global Shipping program which allows our overseas Buyers to reduce the cost of international shipping on their purchases. 

Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase. 

There is no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Returns

Should you not receive your order within 7 days from the purchase or you received a faulty or damaged item please contact us via eBay messaging system and we will investigate this with our carrier and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please note that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 7 working days have passed for UK deliveries. We do not offer free returns for items purchased with a change of mind or no longer required. Unfortunately for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund on any Health and personal care / Health & Beauty Care unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains undamaged. Items sent back incomplete, missing parts or damaged will not qualify for a refund. We ask that you report any items not received within 28 days of dispatch as after this time we may not be able to replace or refund your item. 

Returns methods for Faulty Items

For any items that arrived damaged we will require photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging in order to raise a claim with our service provider. Please note that the process can take up to 14 days once the claim is accepted to obtain a full refund. We are unable to refund the money on the same day the damaged item is reported.
