For orders shipped using eBay Standard Envelope, tracking will show Delivered before the card actually arrives like right after you order kind of thing. This is normal with eBay's envelope system. The envelope is scanned when it reaches your local distribution area, and delivery usually follows within 1-3 business days after that scan.
