I have a 68-69 Ford Torino GT or Fairlane 500 console shift plate C8OB-63045E24-F with parts shown and console light C8OB-13743-A. The shifter handle has one broken knob but they are easy to find. What you see in the pics are what you get. 
My understanding is the console light fits 68-71 Torino, Fairlane, or Ranchero. This came out of a 1969 Torino gt car.
Pitting but driver quality or can rechrome.looks like one of the screws on the light is broken and the lense needs replaced.
