Beautiful lampshade, embellished with faux pearls at top rim & applied decorative (vinyl?) flowers w/ faux pearl centers around bottom

Very good pre-owned vintage condition.  No rips or tears, a few small insignificant marks, missing one faux pearl at top trim, but there is an 'extra' one on inside of shade.  

Note:  My guess is silk interior lining, but it appears the exterior fabric has been possibly painted?  The original fabric's texture is still visible, but when examining bottom rim of shade, it looks like there is evidence of ivory paint (see photos).  Surface has a sturdy, almost parchment-paper feel to the touch.
