Description: This electric black long cloak is another iconic Seseña model, a cape with strong character. Merino wool cape with large hood. The embozo (front facing) and the hood lining are made in black contrast cotton velvet. Concealed hook fastening at front.

This vintage, handmade cape was purchased in the late 1980's or early 1990's. Retails for ~$1,000.00 new. I believe this is the "Nicole", as pictured in the "Classic Collection" on the manufacturer's website. Please note, the first four pics are stock photos. The actual item you will receive is the item in the last six pics.

Condition: Item is pre-owned but in excellent condition. Only worn twice to the theater (Broadway, NYC, both times). No rips, tears, stains, pilling, odors, holes, or fading. The stitching under the tag/label is a bit loose, but I believe this is meant to be cut upon wearing. Other than that, I see no flaws. Item has been securely stored for the last 15 years or so and could use a dry cleaning or even just a gentle lint rolling.
