Condition: pre-owned/used antique estate item. Frame has wear - see photos, also had paint overspray on it but I was able to remove most of it. Etching has yellowed/aged over time. It has a puncture hole on the paper (top/middle, just below the mat) but it doesn't affect the etching image - see photo #12, next to last photo.
