Maharishi Mahesh Yogi pendant - Fused glass

The image is printed with a toner enhanced iron oxide, and fired to 

1500 F resulting in the image been fused permanently onto the glass.

Gold plated bail. We used lilac color art glass as a base. 

about 1" diameter - 36" black rat tail cord included.

Comes in a drawstrings pouches. 4" x 4" made out of antique silk saree borders.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (1918 – 2008) was an Indian yoga guru known for

developing and popularizing Transcendental Meditation (TM), and for

being the leader and guru of a worldwide organization that has been

characterized in multiple ways including as a new religious movement

and as non-religious.

He became known as Maharishi (meaning "great seer") and Yogi as an adult.

In the late 1960s and early 1970s, the Maharishi achieved fame as the

guru to the Beatles, the Beach Boys, and other celebrities.
