There are some SPOTS that can be seen on the display. The display may WORSEN over time! The IMEI of the device is clean, though device is LOCKED to the Spectrum network.
- **At time of testing, the touchscreen is SPOTTY and does not respond on all areas of the screen when pressed. The touchscreen also sometimes has a "ghost touch" and will select areas on its own!**
- The phone has some scratches / marks on borders. Back cover is cracked.
- The screen is cracked.
