It was used for only four months. Before selling, the monitor and keyboard were replaced with brand new ones and also mcbook refurbished at an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Greenville, South Carolina. Everything is new and restored to factory settings at the service center. It hasn't been used since. My daughter switched to Windows and an HP touchscreen because it's more functional and compatible with her field of study.
