✨To ensure your decorated item lasts as long as possible:
First Wash: Wait 24 hours after application before the first wash.2Washing: Always turn the garment inside out before washing and drying.
Machine Wash: Use a machine wash setting of up to 30°C (wool wash suggested).Drying: Do not tumble dry. Hang the item to dry.
Ironing: Iron the garment inside out.
Avoid: Do not bleach or dry clean. NEVER IRON DIRECTLY ON THE DECORATED AREA!
🛠️ Application Instructions: Applying Your Vinyl Transfer
🛠️Note: Ensure the transfer backing is fully removed before the final re-ironing step.
Preheat Iron: Set your iron to medium/hottest settings
Turn OFF the steam function. Surface: Use a hard, waist-level surface (like a desk) for a solid base.
Prepare Garment: Iron the garment briefly to remove any wrinkles and pre-heat the fabric.
Position Transfer: Place the transfer face up in the desired position on the garment.
Cover: Cover the entire transfer with the greaseproof sheet provided. Do not iron directly on the transfer.
Apply Heat & Pressure: Move the iron slowly over the transfer area with firm pressure. Use left-and-right, up-and-down, and circular motions to ensure all areas are fully covered.
Do not leave the iron in one spot for too long. Initial Press: Iron for 10 to 15 seconds (you can do this in small bursts of 4-5 seconds and check the transfer edge).
Peel: Hot Peel: Most vinyls can have the backing removed instantly.3Cold Peel (Metallic Gold/Rose Shimmer): For these specific colors, allow the transfer to cool for 15 seconds before removing the tape.
Check: Carefully peel the clear film from one corner. If the transfer hasn't fully adhered, re-press it for another 10 seconds (in 5-second bursts, checking frequently). Once stuck, slowly peel away the rest of the film.
Final Fix: Place the greaseproof sheet back over the adhered transfer and re-iron for an additional 5 seconds to firmly secure it.
