This is a ready to run model of an HO scale 40' wood outside braced box car lettered for the Rutland Railroad in the yellow and green "Green Mountain Gateway" paint scheme. This car was made by Varney in their line of HO trains as item number BE-103 from 1958-1959, and it is now long out of production. Car number is 104 and build date is 8-51. Car is in like new condition with no missing steps and has sprung metal Bettendorf trucks, and Kadee knuckle couplers. The brake wheel and trucks have been painted, and car has had extra weight added. Pictures show both sides of the car. Car is not in the original box but will be boxed well to ship.
