To be used as engine tuning for 1.9TDI / 2.5TDI engines with smaller nozzles.

Installation - assembly:

- Clean injectors with compressor when installed.
- Remove the injectors one by one
- Open the injector housing
- Take out the old insert and replace it with a new one
- Screw the nozzle body back together and tighten with around 50-55Nm
- Install the injection nozzle in the cylinder head, possibly with a new copper washer and tighten it in the cylinder head with around 20-25Nm
- Connect the high-pressure pipes of the injection pump to the injection nozzle (approximately 20-25Nm) and start the engine again.
