Installation Guide
- Prior to installation, ensure that the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the engine is completely cool.
- Disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical issues during installation.
- Safely elevate the vehicle using a jack and ensure it is securely supported on jack stands.
- Carefully detach the old catalytic converters from the exhaust system. This may require loosening bolts or clips; retain all hardware for reinstallation.
- Position the new front and rear catalytic converters in place, securing them with the original hardware.
- Double-check all connections and ensure there are no exhaust leaks.
- Lower the vehicle and reconnect the battery.
- Start the engine to verify successful installation by checking for any unusual noises or exhaust leaks.
Important Notes
- This product is not suitable for use in Maine, New York, California, and Colorado due to specific state regulations on emissions.
- Double-check OE part numbers (2505220170, 1714020080, 2505220160, 1714020070, 1714020100, 2505220140) for accurate replacement and fitment.
- Not designed for universal fitment; installation is specific to the aforementioned vehicle models.
