The Robin minifigure's legs are rather stiff. Its cape is also a bit worn, and it has a small crack on the left side of its torso. The Penguin minifigure has a few noticeable scratches on the front and back of its torso. Its arms also seem a bit loose.

Please note that I rebuilt this set using pieces in my collection, so some of them may be later printings of the same piece. Also, I could not find piece 4211887, the column of the penguin sub's periscope, so I substituted a very similar, shorter piece in the same color.
