This was framed and I picked it up at a show because it was so cool.

Having it out of the frame, it is probably a xerox copy of a photograph.

Very detailed picture of the factory buildings and area.

Building says 1872 on top of roof.

Whether the grounds or it’s some artist’s rendition, I don’t know. With 1845-1872 typed on the roof makes me think it’s not a photo OR someone photoshopped the dates in.

Shipped frame and all to protect the paper.

Obviously the tweezer and holder are not IN the photo. There so the photo isn’t pleasant to copy! I keep my tweezers!
