Includes a HP 250 G5 Notebook 15.6" Laptop, HP 65W (19.5V, 3.33A) Adapter, and 3-Prong Power Cable.

CONDITION - The unit is tested and confirmed to be in working condition as described below;

· BIOS: BIOS is unlocked, and the system successfully boots to BIOS settings.

· Battery Health: The battery health is very poor. It is not holding any charge and is unable to increase by even a single percent. The laptop cannot run on battery power at all and requires a replacement battery.

· Functionality: All the ports, speakers, and keyboard are functional. Some keys show up as untested due to differences in our testing software layout.

· Display: The screen works well and is in good condition. 

· Cosmetic Condition: The exterior may show minor scuffs or scratches.

Operating System: The operating system is pre-installed and activated (Win 11 Pro). Additional drivers or software may need to be installed by the buyer.
