Definitely nicer than average and could be cleaned up even more with a little effort.  Bellows are in good shape, but not checked for pin holes in the corners.  Shutter works great. Lens is clear, but does have some balsam degradation around the rim.  

These cameras feature rise and fall, like a view camera, and even a little shift from side to side.

Also, the lenses on these can be easily removed without damaging anything.  You can mount them on a lens board or bellows for use with more modern film and digital cameras.  The lens covers 5x7 easily.
