Antique English Staffordshire Blue Willow plate, unmarked, dating to approximately the 1860s. This plate measures 8.75 inches in diameter and features the classic Blue Willow pattern with finely engraved details and rich cobalt blue transfer on a softly aged cream ground. The scene includes traditional pagodas, willow tree, birds, bridge, and boat, all hallmarks of mid-19th-century Staffordshire production. The plate has a gently scalloped rim and displays glaze crazing throughout, consistent with age and use. There minor firing imperfections visible and crazing all over, as shown in photos. No maker’s mark present, which is typical of early Warranted Staffordshire examples. A genuine Victorian-era English transferware plate, ideal for collectors or decorative display.
