Most cards are mint or near mint and went from packs straight to soft sleeve and top loader.  Cards come from a smoke free environment.  They will ship in a top loaders in a standard white envelope to reduce shipping cost.  The scan you see is of the exact card and not a stock photo.  If buying multiple cards let me know and I will combine shipping to save you money.
